WHEN LEADERS PRAY

When Leaders Pray is a prayer movement calling leaders to take spiritual responsibility for their territories.
We believe that when God plants a person in a territory, He does not place them there by accident. Leadership carries responsibility—and prayer is one of the ways we exercise that responsibility before God. Through prayer, leaders intercede for their families, communities, industries, institutions and nations, inviting the governance of God to be established in their territories. Because we believe:
When leaders pray, territories heal and the governance of God is established.
What begins as a prayer movement is being envisioned to grow into an annual conference, bringing leaders together to pray, intercede, connect and take responsibility for the territories they have been entrusted with.

THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

The Leadership Institute is the equipping and development arm of the Ange Safari Institute. We believe effective leadership begins from within. Before we can lead people, organisations, communities or territories, we must first develop identity, alignment, character, capacity and purpose.
The Leadership Institute will provide training and development designed to help leaders understand who they are, what they have been entrusted with, and how to build systems that create sustainable impact. As the Institute grows, this initiative will develop into a collection of leadership courses, trainings, programmes and development experiences for emerging and established leaders.

THE JESUS LIFESTYLE

The Jesus Lifestyle is not simply an initiative. It is our culture. It is a way of life centred on following the way of Jesus and living aligned, restored and purpose-driven. The Jesus Lifestyle is expressed through:
Prayer
Fasting
Reading & Living the Word
Worship
Obedience
Following the way of Jesus

We believe that a life surrendered to God produces a person who is prepared to lead. And this is where the three expressions connect: The Jesus Lifestyle shapes the person. The Leadership Institute equips the leader. When Leaders Pray mobilises the leader to take responsibility for their territory. A person who develops a lifestyle of prayer begins to see beyond themselves. They become aware of the people, places and territories God has entrusted to them. Prayer produces responsibility. Responsibility produces leadership. Leadership produces infl uence. And surrendered infl uence creates space for the governance of God to be established.
